DELIVERY
We offer FREE UK delivery for all purchases.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm the same working day. Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders over £25 are sent to you by Royal Mail Tracked 48 post and should normally be received within 2 working days – however these are guidelines set out by the Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Orders under £25 will be dispatched via first class postage
If you prefer to receive your order faster you can choose to pay for the Special Delivery option at checkout
We will provide full Royal Mail tracking details on request.
RETURNS
Refunds will only be made if the product is returned to us in an unused condition and in its original packaging. The returns period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. Please send it back within 14 days of advising via email that you wish to return your order (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
Postage will be reimbursed on items that are deemed to be faulty limited to the value of First Class Royal Mail large letter recorded delivery limited to the sum of £3.60 only.
Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons so please note product description and dimensions carefully when ordering.

PLEASE NOTE: For items purchased in store we are happy to exchange and we ask that you return the unworn/unused item within 14 days of purchase together with your receipt.
